From Architect to CTO
After two decades of building the infrastructure that enterprises run on — event buses, microservices, data pipelines, compliance layers — I'm now in the moment where AI changes everything. Not as hype, but as genuine leverage: the ability to compress months of development into days, to surface insight buried in unstructured data, to make products smarter without adding people.
I'm targeting CTO roles where I can own the technical vision, build the team, and connect AI investment to business outcomes. I believe the next wave of enterprise value creation belongs to organizations that integrate AI deeply — not as a feature, but as a capability woven into every system.
